Proply Tracker: Free Prop Firm Tracker Overview

With Proply, I wanted to create one place to help traders navigate the prop firm space. With Proply Tracker, I took the next step: building a free tool to practically manage what happens after buying a challenge.
The issue is not just choosing a prop firm. The real issue is managing everything over time. Once you start having multiple accounts, challenges in different phases, funded accounts, expenses to log, and payouts received, staying organized becomes much harder. In many cases, your data ends up scattered across different dashboards, notes, and external spreadsheets. Proply Tracker was built to solve exactly that.
The tracker is a free dashboard that lets you monitor your prop firm activity in one place. The idea is simple: add your accounts, update balances and account status, log expenses and payouts, and instantly get a clearer view of your overall situation.
The Overview section is there to show everything together. It displays Net P&L, total payouts, total expenses, capital in challenge, funded capital, passed accounts, and failed accounts. On top of that, it gives you a more useful reading of your data with expense breakdowns, the most common failure reasons, and a profitability ranking by prop firm. In practice, you are not just looking at single accounts anymore, but starting to see broader patterns and overall results.
The My Challenges section is the operational core of the tracker. Here you can add and manage all your prop firm accounts: active, passed, failed, or funded. You can update balances, change account status, and track the progress of every challenge over time. There is also the option to assign tags to failed accounts, so over time you can better understand which mistakes or recurring issues come up most often. That makes the tracker not just an archive, but also a useful tool to better read your own trading activity.
The Expenses & Payouts section is what makes the tracker truly practical. Here you can log challenge-related costs, operating expenses, and payouts received. The system separates payouts from costs and shows you net cashflow, prop firm costs, and operating costs. This way, you are not just seeing whether an account went well or badly, but you start understanding how much you are actually spending and how much you are actually making.
There is also a Reviews section, where you can leave feedback about your experience or report an issue with a prop firm. It is not the core of the tracker, but it completes the project well by adding a useful area for real experiences and reports.
The part I care about most is that Proply Tracker is free. I wanted to build something that was genuinely useful and accessible, not just another feature locked behind a subscription. The goal is very simple: give traders a cleaner and more organized way to track their prop firm activity without unnecessary complexity.
In short, Proply Tracker is the most practical side of Proply. If Proply helps you understand prop firms better, Proply Tracker helps you manage what you do with them better. It allows you to track challenges, accounts, expenses, and payouts in one clear and free dashboard.
We are also working together with the TotalTrade team to make challenge syncing with MT5 and cTrader automatic.
