Why I created Proply and what was missing in the prop firm world

In recent years the prop firm world has exploded. Every month a new one pops up, with different challenges, rules and conditions. For a trader this means something very simple. If you want to choose carefully, you end up jumping from one website to another, reading endless pages and chasing discount codes that are often outdated or impossible to find.
I created Proply for this reason. I wanted a single place to start from, where the information was not scattered around or told only through marketing. Proply is an independent portal that collects data on prop firms, puts it in order and adds tools designed for traders who take prop trading seriously.
The core of the project is the database. Proply continuously updates data on challenges, rules, risk limits, scaling, payouts and trading conditions. Behind it there are hundreds of automations that monitor official sources and related documents. Prop firms can change their rules whenever they want, so real time perfection does not exist, but the goal is to minimise outdated information, errors and missing details.
On top of this data works Proply AI, an artificial intelligence built only for prop firms. I developed it in 2025 and released it to the public on February 1st 2026. It does not pull generic answers from the web. It thinks over Proply’s structured data, which is updated and checked, and helps you clarify rules, differences between programs, loss limits, scaling, platforms and availability by country in a clear and contextual way.
Proply also includes practical tools. The Payout Analyzer shows payouts that can be observed on chain through Rise’s public transactions. The Consistency Calculator helps you understand whether the distribution of your profits respects a challenge’s consistency rules. The spread comparison between prop firms highlights how execution costs change on major pairs and indices, and where your trading style can be penalised.
Another useful part concerns discount codes and promotions. There are many around, but they are often expired or valid only under specific conditions. On Proply I try to keep them organised and up to date, with conditions and covered challenges, so you immediately know what is actually active.
It is also important to be clear about what Proply is not. It is not a broker, it is not a prop firm, it does not sell signals and it does not tell you where to enter the market. It is an informational project, designed to make it easier to navigate and to make more informed choices. Before paying or signing anything, information should always be checked against the company’s official sources.
In short, Proply is a filter. It helps you see more quickly which prop firms make sense for you, which rules matter and which costs you risk underestimating. In a sector where marketing often hides the details, putting data at the centre completely changes the quality of your decisions.
